This pattern has a skirt that has short and long panels that you can combine in different ways for different looks.  The long panels have a wire loop pushed into each panel to make them poseable, letting you curl them up, curl them down, or twist them!  Fairies can get flower skirts, vampires & witches can get bat-like skirts, mermaids can get tentacle skirts. 

Patterns Included: Blouse with pointed and round collars, peaked sleeves w/french cuffs, panel skirt with interchangeable short/long panels for all short, all long, or a mix (for different looks).

Supplies needed: 1/4 yard fabric, thread/sewing supplies, thin wire
